At M.Tucker, we have a professional engineering staff with over 100 years of combined experience in layout and design. The latest in CAD technology enables us to work closely and effectively with architects, engineers, foodservice consultants, and general contractors in the planning and completion of customer projects. Customers also depend on us to assist with their tabletop design, develop their specifications for smallwares and supplies, as well as introduce them to the latest foodservice technologies. Listed here are a variety of case studies which display the diversity of the projects we manage.

AT&T Conference Center

Challenge:

Develop the specification for all the table top, smallwares, supplies and presentation pieces for the front and back of the house operations for a new seven-venue Hotel/Conference Center. M.Tucker was also responsible for the procurement and logistics of all products.

Solution:

Mary Ralph, our tabletop specialist, worked with the client over six months to develop a unique style for each of the seven different venues on property. Various samples were provided as templates from which the final place settings were approved. In addition, all other aspects of front and back of the house items were specified during this period. Every tabletop item needed to be properly paired with storage racks and dollies. Once the order was placed, all items were delivered to our warehouse in NJ where they were received, consolidated, and separated by venue. In conjunction with our client, all items were checked in, palletized, and color-coded for delivery to each venue. The pre-planning and staging done in our warehouse greatly simplified the work to be done on site, ensuring a successful and on-time opening.
